CRM and Lead Data

To provide our core functionality, we access and process data from your connected CRM (e.g., Jobber) and Google Local Service Ads account. This may include customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, physical addresses, job details, and lead status information.

Chrome Extension Data

Our Chrome extension operates on the Google Local Service Ads dashboard. It reads lead information displayed on the page to facilitate matching and booking. The extension does not collect browsing history, monitor activity on other websites, or access data outside the Google LSA dashboard.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, timestamps, device type, browser type, and IP address. This data helps us improve the Service and diagnose technical issues.

• Stripe — Payment processing. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is subject to their Privacy Policy.
• Jobber — CRM integration. We access your Jobber account data via their API using secure OAuth authentication to sync lead and customer information.
• Google — Local Service Ads integration. We interact with your Google LSA data through our Chrome extension and authorized API access.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

9. Chrome Extension Data Handling

The LeadKatch Chrome extension only activates on the Google Local Service Ads dashboard. It does not collect, store, or transmit data from any other website. The extension reads lead information displayed on the LSA dashboard page to enable lead matching and booking features. All data processed by the extension is transmitted securely to our servers and handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The extension does not access your browsing history, bookmarks, downloads, or any other browser data.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
